Strategy Formulation and Execution

If the strategy of an organization serves as a compass to management, staff, and other interested stakeholders, such as regulators, funders, and other industry players, then it cannot be a faulty instrument.  

Above all else, it is crucial for organizations to have absolute clarity about their purpose and vision for the future. Strategies that are driven by a hazy mission and vision, do not produce great results. We work with organizations to clarify their strategic choices in the complex environment they operate in, helping them to craft a clear and compelling vision that will galvanize the whole team towards the attainment of the mission. We infuse strategic thinking into the session to raise organizational intelligence about the businesses and its sector.

Many organizations develop excellent strategies but fail at execution. Some organizations try to implement change without a clear strategy; that too leads to frustrations and failure. We use the Strategy Maps, and Objective and Key Results (OKR) framework, in developing the Strategic Plan, use change management approaches, such as ADKAR to cascade and embed the strategy and propel the organization towards the vision.
