Who is Perennial Streams
Our Story
We are organizational performance partners. A black owned company with a diverse background and a combined experience of more than 75 years in management, executive leadership, change management, coaching and mentoring in the corporate.
The core team members have worked for and subsequently worked with world class and other large companies including Accenture, ABSA Bank, Coca Cola, Connemara, Connect The Dots, Deloitte, ESKOM, ING Baring, LHDA, KOBWA, McKinsey, MTN, SWADE, TCTA, as managers and executives, and as associates on strategic projects.
With the rapid changes in the marketplace, our organizational approach, and philosophy is centred on learning as the core competency that organizations need to embrace to stay relevant and gain an edge in the 21 st Century. Yesterday’s skills will not guarantee success in only a few years’ time. Learning how to learn better than other organizations is the real advantage.
