Executive and Leadership Coaching
We use a combination of solution focused and goal focused approach to coaching. We seek commitment from the executive towards these and support them to progress on the journey through presence – physically and intellectually. We challenge executives to go beyond perceived organizational limitations through clarity of vision and increased accountability of self and team. We use an appropriate mix of coaching and mentoring, backed up by a suite of resources to support and guide the leader navigate this steep curve.

Team Coaching
Individual performance is dependent on the team environment. Having a few top performing individuals in a team does not guarantee a high-performance team. You must create the sauce. Our coaching addresses the environment and helps the team to effectively deal with conflicts – relational, task oriented or process related conflicts, and use these engagement to generate new energy for the organization.
