Dr. DMP Lukhele (Doc) is a COMENSA Executive Coach and Leadership Development Expert with over 25 years of executive experience, including roles as COO and CEO.

As a coach, Doc uses an integral coaching approach and the CTI Co-Active model to help executives lead change, embrace triple crown leadership principles, and transition into management roles. He also advises business leaders on strategy and family legacy planning, working with clients across various SADC countries and sectors. Recently, he joined the Panel of Coaches at GIBS and the RSA Auditor General.

Doc holds a Coaching and Mentoring Certificate from Wits Business School, a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning from Aspen University (USA), an MBA from Edinburgh Business School (Scotland), a Master of Civil Engineering from Penn State University (USA), a Diploma in Engineering Hydrology from the National University of Ireland, and a Certificate in Banking and Risk Management from UNISA. Advocate Sifiso S. Nyoni

Corporate Governance, Compliance and Ethics

Advocate Sifiso Nyoni is a corporate governance expert with skills in Board Secretariat, corporate law, compliance management, and insolvency law. He is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA) and the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association (SARIPA), and an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, registered with the Legal Practice Council.

Sifiso’s experience includes serving as Head of a Governance and Legal Department for nine years, setting up governance structures for multi-million Rand trusts based on King Code principles, and managing a multi-million Rand agricultural commodity company for twelve years. He has also worked as a liquidator in South Africa for five years as a member of SARIPA.

He holds certificates in Board Governance and Compliance Management from the University of Johannesburg, Advanced Corporate Law and Securities Law from UNISA, an LLB from UNISA, an LLM from the University of Pretoria, and an MSc in Marketing and Product Management from Cranfield University (UK).

Dr Musa S Furumele

Dr. Musa S. Furumele is an executive and management coach, as well as a COMENSA member, with a diverse career spanning over 30 years in academia, public service, and the private sector. An accomplished engineer, Musa combines technical expertise with deep insights into diplomacy and board-level intricacies. He has led many high-performing teams and mentored individuals who have attained strategic positions in notable organizations.

As a coach, Musa acts as a trusted thought partner, helping individuals enhance operational effectiveness, achieve strategic positioning, and develop leadership presence. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that with singleness of purpose, patience, and perseverance, “dreams can become true.” Musa tailors each intervention to align with clients’ goals, collaboratively navigating the 3Cs—context, clarity, and change. Dr. Zanele S. Dlamini

Leadership and Change Management

Dr. Zanele Dlamini is a leadership and management specialist, educator, and businesswoman who runs her own company. She is passionate about transforming mindsets and empowering professionals, women leaders, young people, and aspiring leaders to contribute positively to their society and to the transformation of Africa. Zanele believes in leveraging skills, talent, knowledge, experience, creativity, and innovation for impactful change.

Currently, Zanele serves as the Director of the Consultancy and Training Centre at the University of Eswatini. She has previously worked with the United Nations Development Program and the School Health and Population Education (SHAPE) initiative. Additionally, she serves on the boards of four different entities.

Zanele holds a PhD in Leadership and Management from Logos University, Florida, USA, an MSc in Leadership and Change Management, a Master of Education in Educational Management from Wits, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Wits.

Busi A. Lukhele

Change management

Busi is an experienced and certified Prosci Change Practitioner (CCP) and Business Management Consultant. She has worked with major organizations such as Accenture, Coca-Cola, ABSA Bank, and ING-Barings, and has collaborated with McKinsey and Deloitte as an independent consultant. Her expertise spans change management (systems and culture change), communications, training and facilitation, performance business process re-engineering, corporate governance, organizational transformation, and financial accounting across various industries including financial services, telecoms, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector.

Busi has played a key role in transforming large organizations into lean and agile profit-generating entities, working with clients like ABSA, African Bank, Rhodes Food Group, Eskom, Transnet, Tshwane Metrobus, and the Sugar Association of South Africa (SASA). Additionally, she has held senior management positions in the telecom industry, focusing on finance and HR, including policy and procedure formulation, control setup, performance management, and salary reviews.

She holds a B.Com in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University (Scotland). Busi is currently pursuing a formal coaching qualification with the Co-Active Training Institute.
